I went in for an acai bowl but was informed they had no granola (my favorite part). Marques took that situation and turned it around with his stellar attitude and customer service skills. What an asset he is to your organization. His personality doesn't come with every employee. Keep him, promote him, let others learn what true customer service is because it seems to be a lost art in today's society. Marques if you read this just know you are above the rest. My issue is that the last few times I have used the drive through the cost of 2 drinks was a few dollars more than it should be. I have caught them adding a tip before and I believe they were doing that again since they had my card inside. This does not happen when I do it myself. Just be aware of this is all. My husband handed them my card and I didn't catch it this time until I checked my online statement the next day..
Love the food, hate the service. The employee was playing on his phone while taking our order, the girl working there slammed our food down on the counter, and they gave us the wrong food as well.
1st time in this place n loved it!
