Great place and great service! The girls in there were fast and efficient, even though there was a bit of a rush before I was in there. And as always, the smoothies are amazing! They even warmed up my cookie for me.
First ever experience at tropical went through the drive through and seen a short blonde lady with glasses vaping hanging out the back door when I finally had my order taken I had horrible customer service by the same lady and she was very rude I wish I could’ve gotten her name but didn’t get my receipt
I went in for an acai bowl but was informed they had no granola (my favorite part). Marques took that situation and turned it around with his stellar attitude and customer service skills. What an asset he is to your organization. His personality doesn't come with every employee. Keep him, promote him, let others learn what true customer service is because it seems to be a lost art in today's society. Marques if you read this just know you are above the rest. My issue is that the last few times I have used the drive through the cost of 2 drinks was a few dollars more than it should be. I have caught them adding a tip before and I believe they were doing that again since they had my card inside. This does not happen when I do it myself. Just be aware of this is all. My husband handed them my card and I didn't catch it this time until I checked my online statement the next day..
