I had such a great experience at Tropical Smoothie! Emma was absolutely amazing and provided such friendly and welcoming service. She was so kind, helpful, and had such a positive attitude. You can tell she genuinely cares about making sure customers have a great experience. The smoothie was great, but Emma definitely made the visit even better! Our Tropical Smoothie in Ormond Town Square is our favorite! The smoothies and food are so delicious and made to order with the freshest ingredients. The employees are always sweet and helpful. Recently, we were waited on by Summer and she MADE MY DAY! She was helpful and attentive, took my order and got my stuff together quickly. But more importantly, she had a smile on her face, it was like we were family! She even wrote a sweet note on my cup! She is a gem!
