My wife, our 18 mo old and I stopped into the Ormond Beach ⛱️ FL location after a Doctor's appointment. It was scorching hot 🔥 🥵 outside on a Tuesday in August, with a temp of 93° and like a 102° heat index. Luckily we have T-Mobile and it was T-Mobile Tuesdays, and had a Free Smoothie with a $1 Purchase. What a Deal!! Well, it was nice and ice 🧊 🥶 in the joint. I have worked in customer service positions for over 15 years and this group of "staff" has got to the rudest young people I have experienced. They had the open sign off over an hour before closing. Have me and my fiance the rudest glares and never even bothered to say hello. After we got our food, they just glared at us like we were such a bother being in thier at all.
