We’ve stopped at this Tropical Smoothie twice in the last month and both times we were greeted with a bright smile and friendly respectful service. The order was accurately filled in a timely manner and the smoothies were refreshing! We even had add-ons and “hold the” to complicate the order. The ALL said have a great day as we departed. We hope they have great days, too!
Food cooked per order. Little pricey but worth it.
Come service is really negative here. I wanted Tropical Smoothie extremely bad and I ended up leaving because the person taking my order had a terrible attitude. As a business owner myself I would advise the owner to make some serious changes with the employees at this location because I will never want Tropical Smoothie bad enough to deal with the negative employees here.
Great food and price is great for healthy food. Friendly staff
I love this place! I eat here 2+ times a week and I have not been disappointed in quality of ingredients or taste.The smoothies, bowls, and sandwiches are always fresh and well made, They are little pricy but well worth it. **Update: now I see why so many negative reviews here is my experience from today: Did not receive PB PROTEIN CRUNCH with my order and was NOT told they were out plus I did not get a refund instead I had to contact Door dash for a partial credit.
