I accidentally ordered my food to the wrong location. I called immediately to cancel six times, even leaving a voicemail . When they finally answered they said too bad you have to call. The other location told me this location does this ALL the time. I enjoy the food here, so I was pretty disappointed to experience this.
My family and I go to this one all the time and of course it takes a second for the drinks to be made because they are so big (and so is my family) but the wait time is awesome. The staff is always so sweet and productive! It’s such a nice place to sit and talk with your drinks! We will always go to this one!
Had a great experience at this Tropical Smoothie Cafe today! The owners were so kind and friendly, the food was delicious (I highly recommend the chicken ranch flatbread!), and the atmosphere was perfect for lunch. I will definitely be back!
