Horrible customer service ! They don’t greet you or say hi or thank you or have a nice day They don’t have manners they are rude I even said thank you and they just looked at me
Terrible customer service at the window
Staff was very rude when making multiple mistakes when I ordered thru the drive thru. I asked for 2 buffalo chicken wraps and the staff member came back with monsoon something, I corrected her then I ordered the Caesar chicken wrap and when I was handed my order it had a salad. When I finally got someones attention and explained i ordered a wrap, not a salad, the staff member rudely said ok and shut the window in my face...never apologized, was just plain rude....this is the second time in 2 weeks the same staff member at dr... read more
