This location has the sweetest employees, they are always smiling and helpful. I would go out of my way to this location because the service is much better here than other locations
This was my first time at this Tropical Smoothie location. It wasn’t busy at all—no line inside or in the drive-thru. I went inside to place my order and decided to try a smoothie I’d never had before, the Dragon Fruit Passion. It was delicious and officially added to my list of faves! The staff was friendly and the inside was clean, which I appreciated. I just spent over 20 minutes in the drive thru sitting at the speaker waiting for my order to be taken. I finally went inside to see if it would be faster and asked a customer who was waiting if they’ve been waiting for stuff for over 20 minutes they said yes. I said thank you and left. I don’t know if you all only have 1 employee or what the deal is, but that’s ridiculous. Get some more employees in this store or train the ones that are here to multi task and get things going. If I could give this location zero stars, I would. This has been the worst experience I’ve had. I’m not trying to be picky, but there is absolutely no customer service. The staff barely pays attention to the customers and constantly messes up orders.Yesterday, I ordered three buffalo chicken wraps. After waiting in a long line, I was only handed one.
