Great smoothies, friendly staff and nice neighborhood establishment.
We order Tropical Smoothie all the time using the app. It’s easy and fast. We never have a problem…until we were in the neighborhood and tried this location. It was absurdly slow. The kitchen sounded like social hour and our food took multiples longer for the same order than other locations locally. Also the temperature inside was extremely cold for some reason. Just weird.
I went in trying to setup App, Mohamed walked me thru it with such patience. The smoothies are great! The customer service each time has been great.
If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered through the Tropical Smoothie App. I get a text that they confirmed my order. I then get a text that the driver has picked up my order. I then get a text that the driver handed me my order which was a LIE!!! I never received my order. I kept calling the store and it went to voicemail each time!! I left messages and no one returned my phone call. I also left messages on the cell phone for the driver that was provided on a text that I received.
