Whoever this woman who works on Sept 1, 2025, at 5.37PM is very bad (not friendly and not welcoming at all) at serving people.
Something seems different in the past month or so. Smoothie tasted watered down and they are using tricky cups now with false bottoms! About an inch cut out of the bottom!

The Oakton location has really gone downhill. They kept people waiting way to long for food and drinks. Got my order wrong and couldn't even drink my smoothie with a straw it was so thick. Four young people working there that don't seem to care
