I had a very poor customer service experience on 12/15/25 around 6pm. The woman who assisted me spoke to me in a condescending tone and made me feel like I was stupid for asking a simple question about my pickup order. She appeared visibly annoyed by my questions. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location.
Great service in the drive through. Patient and friendly.
Food tastes fine, smoothies are good. When I went to eat my 3 cheese chicken quesadillas however there was no cheese on one slice of one, and the other there is barely any chicken or cheese. For $9 per quesadilla, I really would expect more.
