I came to the tropical cafe smoothie in north Miami on biscayne october 17th @5pm. I was served by a female staff member with glasses. I didn’t get her name, she provides a great experience every visit. I go to a couple other locations regularly. The preparations of my smoothie from other associates is usually on and off. She always super nice, and works quickly. 10 star... read more
Excellent Service and a Wonderful Experience!** Johnny was amazing—patient, knowledgeable, and helpful in choosing the perfect smoothie! The restaurant was exceptionally clean, with great background music and a relaxing atmosphere. My mom and I enjoyed a lovely quick lunch. Thank you, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, for making our visit so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back! Sincerely, Coffee
Don't go to this establishment. The service is poor. They don't provide good service. They don't greet you when you walk in, nor do they tell you to wait a moment while they get to you; they just leave you waiting without attending to you. Bad service.
Amazing customer service, better than Jamba Juice! Get your fix in here! Tasty healthy options! 🙌
