Nice and clean place, very friendly but short of staff. 2 ladies is not enough to serve customers. My wife and I just happened to be the first customer coming in the store. We ordered and things was under control. But a few minutes when by and next thing you see is over 6 to 8 customers in line with an attitude of we're is my order? While others are unpatient to get there food. Two staff can't handle unexpected amount of customer! Please higher more staff!
Today, at Tropical Smoothie Cafe Fl-388, I had to shake my head in dissatisfaction because of the awful customer service. When I fist came in; the greetings were dry and dull like the employees weren’t happy (Take-it or leave-it attitude) which made it awkward trying to make my order to-go.
