Me lo Letis entregar sin bolsas y el batido sin un porta vaso y se molesto me dijo k eso se lleva así le comenté que siempre voy y me atienden super bien las muchachas que tienen tiempo de experiencia trabajando y son buenas pero la de ayer es nueva y es muy poco profesional para trabajar con el público. No tiene educación y tiene muy mal carácter o sea muy mala trabajadora
I used to love coming here but the black girl that wears the hair net taking orders doesn’t greet people , walked up to the register no hello nothing . Instead she’s sitting on her phone with a nasty look on her face. Fire all these people and turn this location around . 19$ for two smoothies and you can’t get any customer service . In this economy this location won’t be around for much longer !

Got my smoothie order placed at 1:54. There was only one customer in front of me. The other customers inside had already been served. It is now 2:11 and multiple people after me have gotten their food and smoothies and mine is yet to be started. Once I got the smoothie it had no taste. I asked for a refund when giving the item back and was refused. I get this same order daily in the Miami Gardens location and I don’t have issues like this.
