Staff didn’t communicate at all continuously staring at us in the lobby and didn’t take orders. Three workers not one helped with lobby orders and would NOT acknowledge customers.
I went to this location and ordered 2 Bahama mama add bananas mixed in and a chicken black bean quesadilla. Funny story the lady gave me a banana with my smoothie I guess to add in myself I explain to her I wanted it added in she was puzzled and just staring at me .come to find out unfortunately it was a launage barrier for her understanding my order .she didn't speak English and my quesadilla had beans and cheese no chicken. At what point do y’all fix the staff problems. I went today 3/23/25 at 1230pm. I’m not going to point out ethnicities on here but the 2 people working the drive through window are terrible. My entire order was messed up, I ordered a chkn cheese dilla and Santa Fe dilla, both of them was just tortillas filled with overflowing gobs of cheese and nothing else, and it’s like it doesn’t even matter what you say in the drive through, they just make you what they want to make you and act like they don’t understand what you say. Ordered on the app. Delivery, Only received drinks on a 3 meal order. I want a refund but can’t get in contact with anyone. Craig’s location is either too busy or too incompetent to complete any order. If I could give less than a star I would.
This is easily the worst Tropical Smoothie Cafe location in the Las Vegas area. I’ve gone there multiple times because it’s the close to my house and every other location keep refunding me my money on the app for some reason. One time they gave me the wrong order twice after waiting an hour for it. They never include the additional ingredients requested, and most of the staff does not speak English well if at all.
