Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The manager was straight up yelling and cussing in front of customers like this was normal behavior. Completely unprofessional and honestly uncomfortable. When an issue with my order came up, instead of fixing it, the manager raised their voice, used profanity, and acted hostile over a smoothie. This specific location has outstanding managers. The staff works diligently and you never hear conversation that is not related to work. The food prep areas are always sparkling clean. The food looks like the menu pictures and always tastes good. Great leadership leads to great staff which shows in everything they do and serve
