why is my food taking 40 minutes boi
Unfortunately we waited almost an hour for acai bowls and never got them. I asked for a refund so we could leave, and a man behind the counter had to give me cash from his wallet. They were very kind and apologetic, but things were being run horribly. They even asked for my receipt after we waited 30 minutes, but still, no one made our food. Smoothies were coming out right and left, but not our food. A kind customer changed their overflowing trash cans, also.
They can’t even afford to seal smoothies for delivery. So they ALWAYS come disgusting. Place has gone downhill fast . Do not recommend to anyone
First time here - staff (team and mgr included) was extremely patient and helpful with helping me with my app/rewards that weren’t working for some reason. Also! My food came out in less than two minutes! On lunch break so that really helped…stay awesome! Will definitely be back again if I’m working in the area. Thanks again:)
This place is so hit or miss anymore. Kept getting clumpy smoothies so reached out letting the manager know I thought something was wrong as that never happened before. She apologized and comped me one. Husband went to get it a few weeks later, they left out the cappuccino. I just tossed it. Whatever.
