I do not like this location. This is my 2nd time ordering from here and each time there was always an issue. The first time my order wasn’t even started and when I got there, they seemed confused and finished well after the pickup time. Today, I get a hummus veggie wrap and it’s SALTY!! WHY IS IT SALTY?! I’ve never had a wrap from TS and it was salty to the point where I couldn’t even finish one half and the first bite of the second half had my eyes watering. I ordered something by mistake and I called many times to the phone number you have in the website or internet shows me and it’s not working.
Every time I ordered from here. The portion size is not great at all. Also It is always liquidity with honey or whatever it may be. There is never enough yogurt and I only order strawberries with granola and that’s it, Each time I have a little to no yogurt at all. This place really needs to do better or they will start losing customers quickly. Also if i could i would give no stars. Its just disappointing and ridiculous
Honestly I’m disgusted with them… literally ALL of the bananas in my yogurt bowl were ROTTEN and my smoothie had banana as well which means I can’t even drink my smoothie. I try calling them and it goes straight to voicemail so I can’t even call to get a refund on anything. Disgusting.
