Placed an online order for 3 smoothies totaling $34.91 and they were delivered SUPER LATE, watered down and mishandled. My order kept being delayed per the notifications from their app after the smoothies were prepared. I called the store and spoke with Lucinda who claimed she couldn’t cancel my order prior to delivery because there was no manager on duty.
