This Tropical smoothie is the Worst!!! Half the time I find they ignore my instructions for my shake, and just make the default. If you ask for no sugar, good luck... you're getting sugar anyway. Management here is the worst. If you use the app to order, they insist on examining your the order ON YOUR PHONE! Check the sign at the front. Also, they refuse to honor app rewards. Great time at the Tropical smoothie. I didn’t have to wait long because the workers were quick and efficient while also kind and lovely. Atmosphere is nice and warm for whenever you have a craving for smoothies. I would definitely recommend eating here!
