Very disappointing experience. Not only was the service poor, but the blender container was extremely dirty. Even more concerning, the cover appeared to have black mold on it. That is completely unacceptable, especially for equipment being used to prepare food and drinks for customers. I had a very negative experience on Saturday . I ordered through Uber Eats, 2 smoothies and a mixed berry yogurt bowl. On the app it says “wrapping up“ and it showed when a driver goes to the restaurant to pick up order and then it changes the driver, it didn’t show me my order was ready. I called the restaurant requesting information and also asking the person on the phone which was a female, about my order which she told me that my order was ready. I had a disappointing experience at Tropical Smoothie in Newington, NH. Emma was the highlight of our visit—she was kind, soft-spoken, professional, and seemed to be doing the majority of the work. She made us feel welcome and handled everything efficiently. Unfortunately, Julian was the complete opposite. He came across as unprofessional, immature, rude, and more focused on acting corny than doing his job. Food I was dissatisfied with tasted like it was bad. The smoothies are nothing special I can definitely make a better one at home in my Ninja. Atmosphere was small and not real organized service was the only plus.
