This review is more for tropical smoothie as a whole and unfortunately my experience came from this cafe. I made an online order (back in January) through their app and my order was cancelled by the door dash driver. Tropical smoothie refuses to refund me the $35 I spent, I’ve called customer service and opened up 4 cases with no luck of getting my money returned. Corporate says since they are independently owned it is up to the manager to return funds and the cafe says it’s up to corporate to return funds. I’ll let the BBB ... read more
