Never disappoints. Too bad we don't have one in Las Cruces.
I think they lack good customer service training. The staff at this location is very young and spends all day playing with each other, but there's never a greeting or a welcome to Tropical Café for the customers. You walk to the register in a complete, awkward silence that's only broken when you start placing your order. When they hand it to you and you say "thank you very much," there's never a response back.
