Went into tropical today around 1pm. I get the same thing every time. A flatbread sandwich with extra chipotle sauce. The blond girl who took my order was super rude and glared at me the whole time. I’ve gotten extra sauce many times on my sandwich and it’s NEVER looks this way. When I went back into the store the blond girl immediately knew she did it and asked another girl to help me. Maddie and Kylie did such a good job helping make our food as well as helping us decide to get, we hadn’t been in a while. We will be coming back soon!!
Ordered online. Went to pick up and the worker was not interested in helping me. They didn’t look for my order where it was supposed to be and told me it wasn’t there. I came back with my receipt from my online order, suddenly the worker knows where it is. Next time look where the Togo orders are when someone tells you what they ordered. Also $11 for a premade frozen bowl with fruit on top is ridiculous
