I Was only person inside. Waited patiently while young girl with a huge hickey on the side of her neck. Took care of drive thru. Another couple came in about 5 minutes after me and she looked past me and took there order. Like I had not been there. I know they are understaffed. But take note of who was in line first.. if there were lots of people in there is one thing. But I was the only one there..
I love Tropical Smoothie. I eat at each location when I am traveling or at home. Cullman is my home store right now & it's the only one that I have problems with. The employees are rude. I order the same meal every time and every time it's different. It's too cold,they didn't add the Caribbean jerk sauce, lettuce is rotten...and I have had it with this bunch at this particular store.
