I was greeted immediately on arrival and told that my order would be ready momentarily. Lobby / dining room was clean and bright. Staff worked well together. Great menu!
Last couple visits the portions were smaller with less ingredients, but the price is still astronomical. And someone had the genius idea to name 2 different drinks the same thing! I had to pay for the crappy one then buy the one I intended to, which was only a little less crappy. I can make smoothies at home.
I have been a regular at tropical smoothie since they opened this location. The food and smoothies are still good maybe better than ever. The service is ok sometimes but the majority of time they act like I’m Bothering them if they have to take a basic order from me. I just wish they would not make it so uncomfortable and like they hate having to do their job.
I’ve been working on focusing on dialing in my protein intake while cutting out excessive sugar. Day or night, tropical smoothie Café provides me in an option to get 70 to 100 g of protein in during one meal and provides steady energy throughout the day. Not to mention, it’s absolutely delicious!
Healthy and yummy snack or meal options. We love the banana pb & honey flatbreads so tasty!
