I love Tropical Smoothie. I eat at each location when I am traveling or at home. Cullman is my home store right now & it's the only one that I have problems with. The employees are rude. I order the same meal every time and every time it's different. It's too cold,they didn't add the Caribbean jerk sauce, lettuce is rotten...and I have had it with this bunch at this particular store. The worst tasting chicken quesadilla on planet Earth. It was so bad. How do you make cheese taste bad? Even the cheese tasted awful. It's like the manufacturer of the ingredients had a checklist to make it as bland and unappetizing as possible. Just the worst ingredients possible. I hate wasting food and I couldn't even finish it, most of the chicken went to my dog. the aftertaste of the cheese is so disgusting man. I'm brushing my teeth now to get it out of my mouth.
