I was highly dissatisfied with my experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was disappointing. I greeted the cashier with “Good morning,” but she didn’t respond. Instead, she simply asked, “What can I get for you?” I greeted her a second time, and her tone remained unpleasant. I was placing a large order of smoothies for my coworkers as a way to thank them for all of their hard work. Sat in the drive thru windows and watched staff laugh and joke with each other while checking out a co-worker at the register. Sat in the drive thru that I backed up to look inside restaurant to witness what was going on. When pulling up there were 2 employees at the register to check out the other employee. One of the attendees at the register then looked at window and walked off.
