My experience was incredible. Gabby and Mallory were undoubtedly the best and gave the me an experience to look forward to, I will be back and the food was delicious.
When I came to pick up my order from this location didn’t know they didn’t open until 8:00 the door was open and the Gentleman that work 7/11 was very rude I will never return to this location as long as he his working it was 7:58 ask if I can step back outside because they wasn’t open why would you have your door unlock if you’ll not open
I was highly dissatisfied with my experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was disappointing. I greeted the cashier with “Good morning,” but she didn’t respond. Instead, she simply asked, “What can I get for you?” I greeted her a second time, and her tone remained unpleasant. I was placing a large order of smoothies for my coworkers as a way to thank them for all of their hard work.
