I always come to tropical and today was the first time I was rejected a service, every employe knows im a regular customer and I order the same thing, a dragon bowl and the chocolate covered strawberry smoothie
I go to this location often and the bowls are decent, but I will say the customer service is very very poor.. and I work customer service so I take that more seriously than most but it’s every other time I come to this location the employees seem to not be trained correctly on the register one minute you can sub fruit the next you can’t but on the app it gives me the option I’m not sure if it’s training problem or the employees simply doesn’t care.
