Came in at 7:02pm for a chia banana boost and finally got it at 7:31pm hated that other ppl came after me and they got there order in no time had to remind them I was still waiting cant even say they were super busy

Regular Tropical customer, but this was my first time at this location—and unfortunately, a terrible experience. I ordered an açaí bowl, but the base was completely frozen solid, like a rock, and impossible to scoop or eat. I told the staff, and they offered to remake it. However, they simply grabbed another frozen bowl from the fridge, added toppings, and handed it to me. Same exact problem. I couldn’t even eat it.
