We just spent literally 20 minutes waiting behind 1 car in the drive through that ordered a total of 2 drinks. We would not have waited that long, but we were trapped by a car behind us. We then waited another 5 minutes at the window without any acknowledgement. There was 1 person waiting inside and they looked as frustrated as we were. We come to this location weekly, but I may switch back to Jamba Juice after this.
They self tipped without my consent and then when I asked to speak to a manager they said they didn’t have one. I reached out to customer service and they said they would have the district manager reach out to me and that did not happen either. Pretty wild to see 0 accountability and no action taken to reverse this as it’s basically theft. Never buying from this business again which is a shame as I was a weekly customer. Great place. Took my grandkids. A bit pricey for kids though.
The employees in this location are amazing. Dylan was kind and attentive. However, the reason for the 1 star is it is the middle of July and their AC is out. Management/corp need to do something. When we visited, the AC was busted, it was like walking into a sauna, literally, it was 95 degrees outside and it was cooler outside then it was inside.
