As a former employee who’s 17 years old , I walked out during my shift because the management of this business couldn’t handle anything professionally. I was forced to work MULTIPLE shifts longer than 8 hours and worked MANY weeks for more than 40 hours. Colorado State Labor Laws states it’s illegal to make a minor work as much as I was made to. We just spent literally 20 minutes waiting behind 1 car in the drive through that ordered a total of 2 drinks. We would not have waited that long, but we were trapped by a car behind us. We then waited another 5 minutes at the window without any acknowledgement. There was 1 person waiting inside and they looked as frustrated as we were. We come to this location weekly, but I may switch back to Jamba Juice after this.
They self tipped without my consent and then when I asked to speak to a manager they said they didn’t have one. I reached out to customer service and they said they would have the district manager reach out to me and that did not happen either. Pretty wild to see 0 accountability and no action taken to reverse this as it’s basically theft. Never buying from this business again which is a shame as I was a weekly customer.
