Food was amazing. Staff was quiet. No welcoming in or any pleasantries.
Walked in, there were no employees in the front. Waited over 5 minutes. At one point an employee walked out, saw me, and went to the back without acknowledging I was there. I had to call out and ask to be served
Another great experience at this Tropical Smoothie location. The food and smoothie were absolutely amazing! The manager Leah, it's so friendly and helpful and goes out of her way to make sure each and every customer has a great experience. I will continue to visit this location because of Leah and her staff.
Ava was amazing I didn’t like how one of my wraps tasted she didn’t hesitate to make another one and be a awesome worker that’s how u do it! Thank u awesome experience! She needs to be a manger because that’s how u talk to your costumer
I usually order ahead here, and my order is always ready right on time. They’re consistently reliable and do a great job every time. The location is a little hidden in the plaza, so it might be easy to miss if you’re not looking for it, but it’s definitely worth finding. The service has always been smooth and the experience has been consistently good. I’ll definitely keep coming back.
