Love this Tropical Smoothie Cafe. It’s my favorite. The Mango Monsoon is to die for. The food is made fresh and is made after you order it. Which is delicious. My favorite is the Pesto Flat Bread. The staff here is awesome. Eva the manager along with Chloe, Hannah, Jenna, Emma, Mailin and everybody else that works there.
I visited the Woodstock location today at around 1:10 PM and unfortunately, it was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The woman working at the drive-thru window was extremely rude from the very beginning. She seemed to be in a hurry and wasn’t listening to what I was saying. She told me to pull up to the window, and then started lecturing me, saying that she didn’t have to serve customers like me.
