The crew member that helped me, Kirra, was an absolute sweetie! she was so understanding when it came to small bumps in the ordering process and payment. I highly recommend this location in particular, the staff is full of lovely people and the atmosphere is bright and cheery!
I usually go through drive thru or order through the mobile app. However, today I decided to go in and see how customer service really is. I brought my friend along with me and we dined in. The service was amazing! My food and smoothie came out within 5-8 minutes. Customer service was excellent, Hailey in particular was very sweet and patient to me and my friend because we were very indecisive with the menu. Overall, I had the best experience here than I have had in awhile for most fast-food chains.
