Great smoothie
A few coworkers and I ordered from thsi place after I RAVED aboutt it bc I had such a good experience last time. I ordered a Flat bread chicken Chipotle ckub-- recieved a wrap instead-- , ordered Acai bowl with Nutella which I paid extra, and did not get it. The fruits were wilted and old. My coworkers both ordered the sweet potatoes side, and neither was given it, and no explanation before handing it to pur pick up person that they did not have it available any longer. I had an issue with my order, and the district manager, David, went far above and beyond to make it right. He personally delivered the correct order to me and made sure everything was perfect. I was so impressed by his professionalism, kindness, and dedication to excellent customer service. Love the smoothies here! The flavors are fresh and delicious, and it’s such a nice alternative to an iced coffee on a hot day. The drive-through service was friendly and quick, and our smoothies were ready in no time. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but the quality makes it worth it!
My Wife and Daughter loves this place. They both have their favorite smoothies. I noticed the staff let's them pick and change ingredients that they like.
