I usually have good experiences at this location, but unfortunately I found a hair in my flatbread during my visit today (6/13). The employee preparing my order had long dark hair that wasn't tied back, so that may have been where it came from. It was pretty disappointing to find in my food. When I contacted the store, I was told they couldn't help because the order was placed online. I understand there may be limitations with online orders, but I would have appreciated more assistance or guidance on how to resolve the issue... read more

If time is really important to you, order ahead through the app. I've been ordering here once a week minimum for almost a year, and as someone with chronic pain, it's been an absolute godsend. It's been great to have a reliable and pretty affordable (for the disabled tax ) source of protein, fresh fruit, and a breakfast wrap when I can't manage to feed myself in the mornings before work.
