Had a bad experience on 5/18/2025 where we used the Tropical Smoothie online order/delivery option (directly on their website). The correct order was not delivered. When we called to try to resolve the issue we were told only the manager could handle the dispute and that they were not in to deal with the issue, and promised to get a call back. Delicious smoothies and food!
Went to my local tropical smoothie on Friday… had a below average experience. My smoothie was alright, it needed to be blended (more it had little chunks of ice in it). The other thing that bothered me was that the young lady (I think named Leytica) who made my smoothie had a weed vape sticking out of her back pocket. Beyond that it was alright, but probably won’t go back.
There was a girl named Leticia working and she sat on her phone and didn’t help me so someone else had to and then she kept making dirty faces at me and i think that’s very disrespectful
