Very disappointing experience. Ordering a single item was unnecessarily inefficient, and my order was still incorrect. Although the store contacted me, the proposed resolution was even more unreasonable than the original issue. I was asked to provide my home address, which I am not comfortable sharing. I offered to pick up the correct item in-store or accept store credit, but neither option was accommodated. Only two employees working. Stood in line 10min to get to the register and watch the employee make 3 online orders after I was already waiting 10min to order. No greeting or anything the girl was slamming equipment everywhere. Decided to leave and not order anything. I understand understaffing is not the fault of the employees who do show up but dont take it out on the customers coming in..
I've ordered from this location 42 times since January of 2025. (Yes, I added them up.) Lately, I have been ordering the Detox Island Green with extra blueberries, spinach/kale, and ginger. I received my order through Door Dash today and the smoothie was straight up kale/spinach/ginger. I don't think the mango, pineapple, or banana were added. There were obviously no blueberries added.
