I will no longer patronize this location. One day over the summer, I happen to observe as I was waiting for my order, the worker making smoothies, eating the leftover smoothie mix after making a smoothie. This location is busy! That being said, the customer service remains amazing even under busy conditions. Shout out to Jamar and Jordan who were working one day and so busy but were so respectful and smiling while pushing through the hefty orders they received! Kudos! Keep up the great work, I love my smoothies!
They don’t seem to be able to read orders. The receipt on the sandwich wrapping says exactly what we ordered, but what we received was a generic version of the sandwich, which has things that will make me sick if I eat. That’s why I ordered a modified version. They also told me they gave me the sides, but they hadn’t done that either. I’m not sure if they can’t read or just don’t care, but it’s not a good look.
I was here at 11:30 today with my toddler to pick up lunch for my wife. When I left, I accidentally left my smoothie behind on the counter. Right when I finished putting my kid in my car the cashier came running out of the shop with my smoothie and brought it across the parking lot to me. I am so thankful; she really saved the day for us!
