I have been going to tropical smoothie for years now and today was a bad experience. I was there with my mom after a workout and ordered a smoothie to split it. They offered to put it in two cups. When the man with the locs went to hand me the two smoothies I struggled to grab both and accidentally dropped one. I apologized for dropping it and they said it’s fine. I literally had to walkout only because of the rudeness’s. I didn’t mind the waiting but the tone of I have 14 smoothies to make was letting me know to just leave:
I used to be a regular customer here, ordering twice a week, but after my recent experience I won’t be returning. I had a very disappointing interaction with the server, Ian. I ordered a smoothie, but the lid wasn’t properly secured. When she placed it on the table, the cup was stable, but because the lid wasn’t covered correctly, the drink spilled all over the table.
