First and last time I go to this place! A worker there Marissa. Absolutely horrible service, she had such a bad attitude!! She was very rude when I was ordering cause i was apparently taking too long to order?? and standoff-ish when I asked about items on the menu. It definitely made my experience so lack luster! The drinks we got were great but her attitude and the way she openly talked down about her GM to her fellow teammates left such an ugly taste to ever wanting to go back.
It’s good but if you are in a rush they are a little slow.
While I enjoy the smoothies and sandwiches, I cannot over look the lack of customer service. A drastic change is needed. I have on numerous occasions left due to not even being acknowledged. It just seems the employees have never been given customer service training.
So very dissatisfied with this place. Every single time I have gone through the drive thru, I have waited 20-30+ minutes. I keep giving them a chance, but it is like this EVERY time, regardless of how busy they are. I truly don’t understand why it takes so long. I have gotten out of the drive thru to go inside before and there was no one inside and only 1 car in front of me.
