I waited 30 min for 2 wraps just to be greeted by rude employees and a manager that wasn’t concerned
i tried ordering an acai bowl in the drive through, and they told me they were out of nutella for the bowl. then they said that they were out of acai bowls altogether. i was like aw man, no worries. my sister goes about 10 minutes later and orders the same exact thing , no issues, got her bowl. slightly annoying because i had been looking forward to the bowl.. :( smoothie was good though :(
First and last time I go to this place! A worker there Marissa. Absolutely horrible service, she had such a bad attitude!! She was very rude when I was ordering cause i was apparently taking too long to order?? and standoff-ish when I asked about items on the menu. It definitely made my experience so lack luster! The drinks we got were great but her attitude and the way she openly talked down about her GM to her fellow teammates left such an ugly taste to ever wanting to go back.
It’s good but if you are in a rush they are a little slow.
