My mom and I frequent this place and I I’d say most of the time, we enjoy it. Most of the time the service is good, today we went and our smoothies came out fast, they were yummy, and the service was great. I’m not ANTI-TIPPING, however, I believe tipping should be for sit down restaurants or when a service is provided. This is RIDICULOUS. Even though I ordered through a delivery site, what I received was utter crap. 1. I ordered the mango Tropiboba bowl, what I received was the Berry Tropiboba bowl, not only a completely different item, but I didn’t order this bowl specifically because I’m allergic to strawberries, severely. I also ordered the açaí berry boost with NO strawberries, now how am I supposed to trust that they didn’t include not put strawberries in my smoothie???
