All the staff are lovely and the turnaround time between placing your order and picking it up is quick, if you let them know about allergies they take great care of you. I've come here a lot and haven't had a bad experience yet
The smoothies are so watery now. I think they’re cheaping out on ingredients. I used to enjoy the green smoothies and bahama mama, but they’re pretty flavorless now. Slow service too
Food is alright, but they never have orders ready by the pickup time. It takes 25+ min to make a couple smoothies?? And why are you prioritizing people who showed up right before my order time when you haven't made my order yet? I literally sat in the parking lot for over 15 min and nobody came through in that time. What were you doing? If I ever decide to come back, I'll be waiting inside for the 15 min where you can see me. Didn't get my food until 14 min past my pickup time.
