Place needs all new workers rude ppl
This place is unwelcoming. Went through the drive thru... can't hear person taking order from the mumbling, and never repeated order back... wasn't sure if he was still there or not. Never said anything at the window! You may want to check your granola, it has an unpleasant taste. I'm pretty sure it's gone bad! The fruit tasted fine!
Horrible customer service. Workers had attitudes as soon I walked through the door. Definitely won’t be returning.
It is ridiculous as a customer when you have employees looking at you, walking by you, not even greeting you and still expecting somebody to take my order. I have never received such lousy service at a tropical smoothie this place needs some real customer service training. I feel sorry for the folks who live here. Luckily the tropical smoothie back home in Gonzales is well run.
