I visited this Tropical Smoothie location with my boyfriend and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. We ordered two smoothies, but the service was extremely slow and unprofessional. The three staff members on duty seemed unsure of what they were doing and appeared to lack proper training. My boyfriend's smoothie was served only half full, which is unacceptable for what we paid. This is my go to smoothie spot and I constantly crave the acai bowls!! Omg🤍🤤
My smoothie was disgusting - I asked for them to remake it and they said no. Won’t ever be coming back here again. Awful service. Who doesn’t let someone have a different smoothie if they took ONE sip and didn’t like the one they ordered? I’ve been coming here weekly for awhile. Lost a good customer. Thanks!
