They always take forever and they run out of items every time
Terrible customer service!!!!! Staff doesn’t say “Hello, how can I help you “. Waited in the drive through line for 9 minutes and nobody said anything. I had to go inside to place my order. One of the main reasons for coming here is for the Island Green smoothie. Customer service really needs a makeover. I have been to this location several times hoping it will be different the next time.
I love the manager at this location. They have the best customer service. If something is wrong she fixes it right away! I drive an extra mile to go to this location.
