I online ordered a turkey bacon ranch with Sun chips. The worker handed me the my food and then informed me, they were out of lettuce. They just made it, handed it over, and pulled a Ole Well. Didn't even offer for me to get something else. They also did not give the correct chips either. Bummer to that. I did get extra meat though 🙄. I usually get the mango monsoon since it’s so good, but today I tried the Tiki torch wrap, it was really good and tasted awesome with the mango monsoon. 8/10

Never will I ever come here again . I came in to pick up a delivery order and the customer service was horrible . The three employees watched me walk in without greeting or acknowledging me , just staring with frowns . Two other ladies walked in , spoke to me , and still waited for someone to acknowledge them . They eventually left after seeing the lack of service I was already getting .. and they still allowed them to walk out the store . Because the customers were very vocal about why they were leaving . Had a pick up order. Not a single hello or thank you. Honestly trash compared to smoothie king. Same price but they are way creamer. This taste like an icee. Also the lids. I had 2 drinks spill. Of course I wasn’t going to ask the 2 girls who couldn’t even acknowledge me. Had a line of 4 outside and hadn’t moved when I left.
