This location doesn’t even deserve one star, but I had to give a star to be able to express my experience. Worst drive thru experience EVER! Do NOT waste your time coming to this location. I love my numerous experiences, the quality of food and the service everytime I go to the Sugarland location on University. Wanted to try this location. But trust me you will be disappointed. Prompt service, great flat breads, & yummy smoothies.
Excellent service, fresh ingredients. I arrived right after opening and got the Dragon Fruit Acai for takeout so I can have it later in the evening. I asked for the fruit on the side so I can put the acai in the freezer and the cashier was really nice and accommodated. There was a lot of fruit and it was super fresh! Even after a few hours, it held up really well.
Don’t know what’s going on with this place since management and staff changed. Maybe new owner idk? But this location has gone to trash. I used to come everyday for lunch with my coworkers and now this is a last resort. There is no friendly conversation nor customer service not even from management, service is horrible ie long wait times, staff seems to be in no rush to get orders out, the quality of the food and smoothies and cleanliness of cafe. 6/25/26 - I should have looked at the reviews before going… I placed an order through the app for pickup because I was on my way to work and wanted to save time. When I opened my Bahama Mama Bowl, the fruit was poor quality and the smoothie base had completely separated into what was essentially water.
