Service yesterday was not like a normal weekday. I don’t know what happened yesterday but service was slow as a snail, people looking lost. I don’t know if the normal staff wasn’t here but if they left I will not be coming back. There Is always amazing service but not this day. There is 2 other tropical smoothies by me that I can go to

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Google shows they open at 8:00 AM, but when I arrived, they said they wouldn’t open until 8:30. If that’s the case, why is it listed as 8:00 AM? I don’t understand.
Extremely disappointed at the service. I ordered a cheese quesadilla and it came with chicken. I asked for a remake and they told me no because I already touched the quesadilla (my daughter was hungry and took a slice). I asked multiple times patiently and they eventually said yes to the remake, but with reluctance and much difficulty, making me feel like a jerk.
