It's Tropical Smoothie. Half the staff are engaged, the other half look bored or like making your smoothie is a painful chore. Still. It's worth the trip.
Smoothies were fine. Server dropped my smoothie right after making it and just scooped up the contents from the counter into the cup and handed it to me. The undropped smoothie had significantly more liquid in it. Annoyed.
Went to order, guy at the counter seemed not to want to be there. I ordered two of the same drink, he decided I didn't need the same drink got my order wrong. Told the lady making them she was polite and corrected the error. Looking at my receipt I was charged more for the second drink. I was less than a dollar and I was already frustrated with the situation was not worth talking to the manger. Will think twice about going to this location again. Oh yeah and they were not busy at the time...

I’ve been here consistently as a customer and as a Dasher, everyone is always friendly. The food/beverages always come out great. The crew here is very good at what they do and they’re always kind. In my opinion, every Trop should be like this store. The owner should be proud of their establishment and people.
