I am not one to leave reviews, but I am very unhappy with my order I have recieved tonight. The app is extremely frustrating to use to order, redeem offered rewards, and place orders. I had to use my browser to do an online order and it is always only for this location. The smoothies I got for my family and I all are not blended fully, have thick chucks of ice and fruit, and you cant even use a straw to drink it. It requires a spoon. The young ladies that helped me were very polite. My smoothies were made quickly and tasted yummy!!
It's Tropical Smoothie. Half the staff are engaged, the other half look bored or like making your smoothie is a painful chore. Still. It's worth the trip.
Smoothies were fine. Server dropped my smoothie right after making it and just scooped up the contents from the counter into the cup and handed it to me. The undropped smoothie had significantly more liquid in it. Annoyed.
