This is hands down my FAVORITE location! Good food, good service! They don't give me a problem because I prefer my food a certain way, they just deliver. I dread having to go to a different location! Yesterday I had the best smoothie I've ever had from TSC, I wish I had asked who made it.
I normally love this place—it’s way better than the one on Groesbeck. But your staff today didn’t blend the smoothie nearly enough, resulting in infinite little fruit chunks that are impossible to drink through your narrow straws. This is the only time this has ever happened. Every other time this place has been stellar.
Ordered delivery from the tropical smoothie app. Didn't receive straws for my smoothies. Called and the manager, Julie or Julia couldnt tell her name from the ridiculous cali drag in her voice, was trying to be smart with me saying "What do you want me to do..drive the straws to you" sarcastically. Blaming the driver for not grabbing straws. I'm sorry I didn't know it was the subcontracted drivers responsibility to prepare the order...Then she hang up on me.
