The customer service from management and corporate SUCKS!! When you have an issue, no one from higher-ups communicates with you. When they respond to reviews with that link for you to tell about your experience, it eventually goes to someone who does absolutely nothing to help you! Do better, Tropical Smoothie!
Following a mobile app order, I picked up my food approximately one hour past the designated pickup time due to an unforeseen delay. Upon arrival, I discovered my fruit bowl had been left in the designated area and had melted. I requested a replacement fruit bowl, but the cashier, after consulting with the manager, initially denied my request.
