Walking into this place I KNEW this service was going to be like no other, smooth jams playing on the radio. Jeremiah, greeting customers and cracking jokes. Nas and Darius making the orders and making sure customers are satisfied. This experience was like NO OTHER Tropical Smoothie I’ve been to, you can tell these young men enjoy their job and enjoy working together. The vibe was so good there was a couple on a date in the restaurant! This was an amazing experience. We will be back!
I come here at least once per month with my kids and we always enjoy the food and the service is great!
Terrible customer service. I came in to use my T-Mobile Tuesday coupon. While I was placing my order, one of the associates said, "Damn, that's a lot of food." The coupon was supposed to give me a free bowl or smoothie, but it took the free item off the pair and save smoothie instead of my full-priced bowl, which charged me more money. The associate asked another team member for help, and he shrugged his shoulders and said, "That's the way it comes off," and walked away. So I did two different transactions.
