Service was great greeted with a smile smoothie was great. There’s no AC and I was told there hasn’t been for months. Please get your workers some AC! The portable unit in there is doing nothing! As a customer I was uncomfortable I can’t imagine how they were feeling.
I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Tropical Smoothie. I found a hair in my wrap, which was already upsetting enough, but what really bothered me was how the situation was handled. When I brought it to the staff’s attention and asked if there was anything they could do to accommodate me for the inconvenience, I was met with skepticism and felt like they were treating me as if I had made it up. Vic was super accommodating and wonderful.
I ordered a Santa Fe Chicken Quesadilla which came out half cooked, added pickled onions (which I did not ask for) and the food appeared to just be thrown on the quesadilla. I was unable to get money back and am extremely displeased with this experience.
