I got a sunrise sunset and it was exactly as expected. Staff was nice and service was speedy
Part of my order was missing yesterday I ordered through the app & I did contact tropical smoothie through the app but I didn’t know you should’ve called the direct location so scanning through my email I found that it was this location my order came from and I told them about my missing part of my order. I told him I didn’t have transportation so I couldn’t get there to get my order remade that’s why I ordered through door dash cause I don’t have a car. Food is good but you should go somewhere else if you don't have 25 minutes to wait for food. Management is great but the employees are slow and poor with time management. I pre-ordered online food 30 minutes prior and set a time for pick up at 11:35 my order wasn't ready until 12pm. Making me late for work.
