This location is one of the best in the area! I go 4 to 5 times a week, and the team is always working hard. During one of my visits, I witnessed another customer acting inappropriately toward the crew—really behaving like a "Karen." The staff handled the situation professionally and calmly. You can’t please everyone, but they definitely showed how to deal with a rude customer the right way. I had a great experience, as always!
One star is not enough, this place deserved zero.If you want to feel extremely poorly served, come here. To begin with, we arrived and they never said, "Hello, how can I help you?" They want zero politeness and zero customer service. It was like no one came. The bathroom was dirty, no toilet paper, and the toilet was out of the question.
