Food is always good. I did have an issue a couple of weeks ago where options offered and purchased in the Tropical Smoothie Cafe app at my location aren't carried at that location. In their survey/review thing, I mentioned that and didn't expect anything of it since I wasn't going to pursue food money. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an apology letter as well as a $10 gift card for their store without me requesting it or even leaving a public review. Don’t come here on your lunch break. Used the entire lunch break to wait here with no one acknowledging my friend and I to take our order, they were too busy prioritizing online and pick up orders, not enough staff for lunch time rush.
