My sister and I were not greeted when we first walked in. We were ignored and not told that we’ll be helped in a few minutes. This location lacks customer service skills and seems very down and sad. I always believe that it doesn’t take much to just greet the customer and let them know the pace of service rather than ignore them. The smoothie is very good. But customer service has to improve.
Smoothie didn’t taste like the Kiwi Quenchers I have had before.
Was the greatest place to eat until they got rid of of the chocolate pb protein shake, and their other protein shake options. Whoever’s idea to take those away from the menu needs to be fired immediately.
Overall good service it was in and out
I don’t think I’ve ever left a negative review, but we ate here one night this week & there was a STAPLE in my husbands wrap. I called, they apologized & offered to remake/refund if we came back up there… was told a manager would call me the following day, never heard anything. Overall disappointed & grossed out. Adding pictures of staple.
