There’s a running joke about this location never getting your order correct, & how they will finally get tipped today if they get it right. Sad to say, the women are who bring the experience down in this location. That, and the cleanliness that is. Whether if they got your order wrong & refused to remake it, didn’t speak, or you walked in to trash on the floor, it’s simply not a good experience. If you have a taste for this, I highly recommend a different location.
Ever since Neal and Broderick left, this location has transitioned from my favorite to “will only stop as a LAST resort, if then!”. I didn’t leave a review then because I was still in my feelings so I waited a while to see if things would change/be better. Nope! Back in December 2024, I ordered via the app and the location did not have my smoothies ready upon arrival for the time allotted in the app nor after waiting for an additional 10 minutes inside the location. There always seems to be issues when I order foods here. If you make substitutions they put it on anyway (Health Hazard)! I am not sure what the issue is with this location but if you are able to drive a few more miles to the fall of nuese one… I’d definitely recommend that one.
I always come in here with my kids. Rebecca is always a pleasure to talk to and my food and smoothie are always on point. Will continue to visit .
