I stop by frequently on my way home from work at UNC Rex. The menu says “plant based protein available” but when I order it I’m told either they don’t have it, don’t serve it anymore or can’t substitute it for chicken on ANY menu item when menu says otherwise. PLEASE TAKE IT OFF THE MENU IF IT IS NOT AN OPTION.. put some tape or paper over and cover it. I order this with zero issues at any other Tropical Smoothie locations. .. and there is an odd odor you might want to check out. It smelled like dirty dish water or something... read more
Did not have my smoothie
Ordered an Avcoloda smoothie and received an Island green. The owner, Antonio even made the smoothie. Came back in the following week and the worker made it perfect. I have to give the owner. 1 because I feel he needs to be committed to doing right by ALL customers!
