I placed a pickup order for four wraps and a smoothie, which my mother-in-law was supposed to collect for our family. Upon arriving at the restaurant, she provided my name, only to be met with confusion—staff had no record of the order or its whereabouts. After escalating to the manager and showing the order number, we were told the order had already been picked up. Today when i walked in i was greeted by Thais she was respectful and had great customer service. I told her i was new to the store. While explaining the food items and the smoothies. She gave me a good recommendation on a smoothie that was a bit sour and it was great. Then she told me to try a chicken and cheese quesadilla since I didn’t know what I wanted to eat and it was great as well. I will definitely come back and try much more.
