Placed an online order for 3 smoothies and a breakfast wrap. Got home to find i was given some sort of chicken sandwich. No big deal, honest mistake. I'll just call and get a credit. NOOOOO. I was told I needed to drive back to the store so they could see the error. I offered to send a Pic. NOPE. Drive back and show the sandwich if I wanted a credit. Needless to say I won't order from this location again. Customer service is a joke
The manager there, I’m assuming the name was Ashely, was extremely unprofessional and rude to her employees and also a complete lack of help to the business. On request for help she consistently dismissed them to sit in the back. The general// district manager should look into this immediately as it’s already inappropriate to have kids running a store on their own, but to have an inadequate manager running the shift is unacceptable especially when serving food.
My order was incorrect/missing an item. I ordered a NUTELLA Acai bowl and didn't get any Nutella in it. I checked the bag in the car, and saw that I received a bowl, but upon taking off the lid and moving the berries around once at home, I found out no Nutella was hidden anywhere. At this point, they were closed for the night, so couldn't call about it. I was really looking forward to the Nutella as a treat. The bananas were also brown in it.
