So they have all new staff recently and it's terrible. They make crappie tasting smoothies and they are rude to top it off. No thanks

Horrible experience
Go to the North Port location instead!! The Venice location is consistently awful. Rude staff, subpar smoothies/food, and an attitude toward customers that’s honestly shocking. While I was waiting for my order, the tall younger guy behind the counter asked the supervisor, “Do you want to handle this one?” Rolling her eyes, she replied, “It depends if it’s going to make me even madder than I already am.” Imagine saying that about a customer out loud while they’re standing right there. Food took 20 minutes and the girl in the back was very disrespectful with giving nasty looks the whole time at me and my friends and throwing are good around
