Got in line and ordered at 12:20. Order was not ready until 12:43. All I got was one smoothie! I would’ve just said whatever to that; however they hand me a smoothie that is leaking all over the sides. When I ask for a napkin they roll their eyes and close the window before finally finding napkins and heading me one. Now the smoothie— was straight liquid. So liquidy it was almost warm not cold. Salem va location.. drove 15 mins to get there at 8:30 bc they close at 9.. i walk in and girl said we're gonna go ahead and close early tonight. we can't serve you now.. why not.. we just need to go ahead and close.. i was like turn the damm light off and lock the doer if you're closed.. Glad i'm not the owner bc some heads would roll. bad bad business turning customers away for no apparent reason.. we have 15 girls who would of gave you business on saturday bc we're in town for a tournament but not now..
If I could put 0 I would, because that's what we got. 3/15/2025 My husband and I walked in at the Salem location at 8:25pm. The employee was in the back messing with the ice. She came to the front at 8:30pm she proceeds to tell us "yeah, we are closed." The sign and Google says 9pm, I mentioned this to her and she just stared at me. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU'RE IN A HURRY. I.was in drive thru for so long I turned off my car and sat. They are undoubtedly the SLOWEST drive thru EVER EXPERIENCED. Came here once before months before and finally had to leave the drive thru. Thought today would be better. Nope. Make sure you have a 2 hour lunch and s full tank of gas before attempting the drive thru.
