I recently ordered a smoothie with mango monsoon and requested a substitution of papaya guava passion fruit juice in place of banana, along with the addition of dragon fruit energizer and fat burner. I love tropical smoothie cafe but today had to be the worse experiences I have ever had in one of their locations. The girl literally looked at me and didn’t greet me or anything. She came to the register and looked at me said nothing and I said “hi how are you?” Literal crickets just stared at me. So I ordered and waited and she put them on the counter and walked away and I said “have a great day!” And nothing. I am highly dissatisfied with the attitude of these employees at this location.
