The customer service keeps getting worse every time I visit this store. Today was the worst customer service, I visited during the $3.99 smoothie 3pm - 4pm deal and the slim, Hispanic guy had very poor customer service. I ordered 4 smoothies and their system only allows them to process one smoothie at a time. The second and third transaction, the person charged me regular price $9.22. Shakes were always great. Sometimes the lines are long but just says how delicious and popular the drinks are.
