First off, as a first job, they definitely do not do proper training sadly. Coworkers and manager gave attitudes and like I stated, provided INADEQUATE training. And this is my experience. 0/10 would never step foot in this place again unfortunately because I did like it at first.
This is my favorite tropical smoothie location. Unfortunately something always cause me to pick up my order really late. That's never a problem because they always keep my smoothie cold and food item warm. I went to another location that just sets everything on a pick up shelf. I was so disappointed when I picked up that particular order. I stuck to the West Hempstead since then. It's always clean there, the food is fresh and the staff is super friendly.
