Avocolada me please 🥤 it was delicious, seemed to be added sweetener but if they honestly used natural products they nailed it. Then add on a jerk wrap and street corn you have yourself a lightweight tasty winner . The atmosphere was clean including the restroom and the staff was very friendly. Great job guys . Stopped in for lunch and they did not disappoint.
A sign should have been posted. I ordered the Acai bowl without blueberries because they make my tongue sore. I asked for pineapples instead. This was not my first time ordering this. The receipt would normally reflect a substitute had been made, and the cost was the same as posted. A couple of weeks ago when I ordered it, I was charged extra and told that you do not substitute anymore. Customer service needs improvement! Waited 10mins no acknowledgment or assistance until I inquired about my online order. I was not aware of the pick up area. Had someone greeted me upon entrance and asked if I needed any assistance I’d have a better review. I even thanked them and said have a nice day and no one responded. Kind of rude! Workers seemed unenthusiastic about working there.
I am UTTERLY DISGUSTED and disappointed with my experience at this Tropical Smoothie location today. I went in to order an açai bowl and walked out with nothing. On the way to the register the young lady sneezed and proceeded to take my order. She then walked over to make my order and NEVER ONCE WASHED HER HANDS. She used the hand she used to sneeze to hand me my receipt. Again, SHE NEVER WASHED HER HANDS. Praying I don’t get sick. Realized after my smoothie was made that the lids and blender were utterly disgusting looking. All they do is a quick rinse after each make. They need to be thrown away and replaced with new ones
