This by far is the worst tropical smoothie I’ve ever been to. I believe the service isn’t up to par with the location service is terribly slow and the employees are rude.
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I was disappointed with how this was handled. My smoothie was filled so full that it was leaking out of the lid and running down the sides and bottom of the cup before I even picked it up. The mobile pickup shelf had smoothie on it from the cup leaking. I asked if it could be remade since it was making a mess, and one employee told me that if they remade it, I’d have to pay for another one. I went into tropical cafe today for my usual mango monsoon sub strawberries for the coconut and was informed they don’t do substitute and I will be charge for the strawberries, never heard of that ever before & first and last time at this location ! I highly suggest just driving down to Reisterstown Plaza where those upcharging rules don’t apply
