This location is terrible. I got there a full 25 minutes before they closed and they refused to provide service. When I mentioned that the sign said they closed at 9pm and the big neon light said “open”, they said “I don’t know what to tell you. We’re closed and not making any more smoothies”. They were incredibly rude and nasty. Customer service clearly doesn’t exist at this location. At least not with the employees who closed on Jan 11. The manager should be ashamed of their behavior.
Ordered online on Thursday during my lunch break . Received my sandwich without lettuce and ranch so I went back to the store and they informed me that they were out of Lettuce . Whatever I go back to work but then my smoothie had the same consistency as water so I took it back . One of the workers gave me a number to call because they couldn’t give me a refund. 0 stars, won’t issue refund on online orders. Manager wants to go back and forth over the phone. Terrible service! Won’t even spend money here again
